Mustard-Honey Vinaigrette



yields 1 cup of dressing


1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 TB balsamic glaze

1 TB honey

2 TB dijon mustard

juice of 1 lemon

1 TSP kosher salt

1 TSP pepper



in a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. taste, and add more salt or pepper if desired. for lemon lovers, an extra squeeze will do you good. pour over your favorite salad, and enjoy!
